There is barely any snow outside is it really almost Christmas? I am heading up for grandma's birthday in a few moments. Always hard to see her this time of the year she is so confused.

Cayenne pepper tastes nasty just saying! I had two glasses of the concoction yesterday. Then ate some pizza. Maybe I don't want to be skinny! Today is a new day I'm trying again.

Christmas diet day 1

This was my last meal before embarking on my diet. I made Sputniks last night for dinner.I am going on my first fad Diet. http://lemonadedietrecipe.org/ I figure it is worth a shot. Christmas is one week away. I figure this might be a great way to start off the new year with a reset.
