25 loads of laundry

Why is it that we seems to own more crap than we could possibly ever use in a lifetime? I often wonder about that! I am again tossing crap out my doors and windows calling ENOUGH! Mark hates it when I get fussy and throw stuff away, but he is generally in a good mood after the clutter has been eradicated! I really hate living in a cluttered house and would rather live in an immaculate one! However I do own two boys, a husband, a dog and an alley cat, so the probability of having a clean house is like sweeping pine cones off a forest floor.

me meth paper!

I had to write a meth paper for one of my classes.I was going to post it however I am worried someone might steal it...

I think it turned out ok! I have been so busy with life that I haven't posted. I am not pregnant...yay! I was worried after having the essure done it would be very bad if I was pregnant it would most likely be a tubal pregnancy and could be life threatening. So anyhow what give a false positive pregnancy on a test? PCOS! again yay! I am so sick of PCOS I thought I had conquered it during my last pregnancy with Bryce. My weight is up and therefore I am experiancing symptoms again. So they have me on metformin I have lost 15 pounds already! I hope the weight loss continues! The metformin is making me sick again I have been puking and having diarrhea however I have less pain in my ovaries and have normal periods again so you have to weigh the benefits. I don't want to end up with ovarian cancer so I need to continue the medicine. Plus cysts are no fun at all!

Ranch Werk!

Mark, the kids and I spent the weekend out at the ranch as caretakers! We had a blast satellite TV woot woot...oh wait! I mean yeah out doors and ...dirt! We spent a good part of Saturday hiking with the kiddos. We picked berries and skipped rocks in our creek. Watched as the farmers harvested the hay all throughout the Gulch! Our hay was harvested last week and is now in neat little bundles all over the field! The neighbors down the road always buy our hay so it is already sold. We are expecting quite a profit this year. The folks will most likely be able to afford tires for the truck and a few other nice things they need!

Sam has his first skinned knee...poor kid he is still crying around about it. It is pretty deep and looks awful.I have been working hard to keep it from infection. Sam being a sensory kid keeps pulling off the band aid due to it causing him irritation. It's always something with him!

Bryce or Sam broke his first window today! Kids and toy car and windows ugh! I wonder how much it will be to replace it! They were both banging on the front window, I had told them to stop and they did, I placed them both in separate corners punished them and thought nothing of it. I didn't realize they had cracked the window till several hours later when I was going grocery shopping!

Bryce is going through a screaming phase! Yay just as Sam has stopped Bryce starts him up again! Now I have two screamers I think I may go mad! lol j/k Screaming doesn't really phase me anymore...maybe that part of me is going deaf I can't hear to tell you lol. However my ears do hurt a lot. you know how you feel after a rock concert, ya kinda like that!

Sam has been sleeping I have turned into a human again! I hope this sleeping trend continues!

Chickens!

Yep we will have our first chickens soon Mark has almost finished the chicken coop! We are also going to have rabbits! Mark spent most of Saturday finishing the roof to the coop. He got the worst sun burn in his life. I feel bad for him! Also both his brothers are currently crippled so it was difficult for anyone to help him. We will be continuing to work out at the ranch each weekend till all the work is done. We hope to have animals in a few weeks. The cows are now down in the lower pasture so we don' have to look out for them much. Hay season is late this year! We haven't cut our hay yet it is all still too wet and green as hell! With gas prices as expensive as they are this year it will be very expensive to harvest which is going to drive the price of meat up you just watch! The economy is sure hard times these days.

Mark and I will be staying at the ranch in about two weeks to "baby sit" the dogs while my in laws go to Spokane. It should be fun to hang out and chase cows, or fish, or whatever. Mark has all those days off so it will be like a mini vacation! Now to find babysitting... lol no the kids can come.

Depression yeah happy bubbly me..shit! I was completely reduced to tears today in Walmart. I heard a 13 year old autistic by having a temper tantrum I recognized the screaming and crying from rows away, the sound came closer. Finally he emerged with his distraught mother, I can tell she is considering murder. As they pass me the grandmother shouts, "He has autism" I had already inferred that! I practically hit the floor with grief. I was chatting with a friend I ran into in Walmart and seeing that boy I broke, completely crumbing in front of her very eyes. I hadn't seen her in months she had no clue, she embraced me. "I exclaimed to the mother of the autistic child I understand! I have a four year old with the same thing!" before I just broke, I then said " I can't do this when I'm 30!"

I am sick of trying to advocate for my son, I just need a break sometimes. I spent a lot of today calling Sam's people, and organizing them, and making them do what I want. I feel the I'm the CEO of a major corporation and a lot of the people who work for me are slackers. I guess I need to yell at them more...isn't that what CEO's do? I am trying to fill out Sam's paperwork now for yet more services! Yay I sometimes ask myself...um what, was I sleeping, dreaming, where am I! I'm confused a lot I can't remember when I'm supposed to be where, and who's coming to my house when. I feel so irresponsible and lost. I can't even find time for my friends or they can't find time for me I'm not sure which.

I guess I am also still grieving...ever since Sam was diagnosed I have felt responsible and like it was my fault. I know that is silly and stupid, but sometimes I wonder if I could have prevented it? I had so much shit going on when I was pregnant with him. I had cancer, I had mono, I was having trouble with my family accepting my new husband, I was in college, president of three clubs, in student government, my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and moved to my town, I produced three plays and seriously I could go on. Then he had a traumatic birth we both almost died, then all the new research about autism may be blaming vaccines, Sam also had a seizure when he was 18 months old it scared me and the hospital told me I was lying( well maybe not in so few words but they told me I didn't know what I was talking about!) Then I worked for a few months and I felt should have been home with him helping him learn his letters and whatever. Then he went to early Headstart (could start a new chapter about that one!) Ever since then I have had a diagnoses for my son and all these people who work for me and they tell me what to do and how to raise my son!

now I'm just rambling incoherently... I best go to bed! :smt024 :smt119 Wait its 7 am how the hell did that happen?

Speeching is Good!

Good news Sam can talk like a four year old now! Sam will probably be graduating from speech therapy soon! I am very excited for him! I will be returning to school soon! I'm nervous and excited and a bundle of tears and fears! I am having a ladies night out party on Saturday! It should be fun!

I also found out I can't sing... thank for telling me politely...shit! Talking to my sister in law and she tells me that my voice coach apparently taught me wrong and it bugs people. I sing karaoke all the time and no one has said anything other than I sound good. Don't lie to me people! If I suck tell me don't humor me and say it was good. That's what makes me the maddest is they still encourage me to sing! I took voice lessons for three years if I still "can't sing" maybe I shouldn't.

Bryce Really Scared Me!

My dear sweet baby was almost lost forever last night at Evel Kenievel Days last night! Mark set him down for a second to dig in his wallet and Bryce wandered off! I was so scared I was running through the crowd rambling and screaming off Bryce's basic description. He was found about a minute later a woman was holding him looking for his parents. He was happy and unaltered by the whole experience. Mark however had a really hard time forgiving himself afterwards, as did I. Sam was the first person to notice Bryce was missing! I didn't realize Mark had set Bryce down so I wasn't even thinking about watching him... this has shown me several things though! Sam actually loves his brother, Sam is more capable then I thought, Bryce is really fast and could be lost, and on and on.

side note Sam slept last night without pills! Wednesday he couldn't sleep,Tuesday he was up twice...

here we go again

It's started back up again! Sam sleep till 11 pm then is awake for two hours then... it started up again Saturday and hasn't quit. I been giving him a double dose of his medicine like the doctor suggested and it only worked Friday and now its not working again! I have an appointment this coming Friday. I was supposed to get an appointment with a psychiatrist but they still haven't called me back. Today I had my expert from FA over today and asked her about his roaming the house at night and she accused me of not being consistent with a bedtime schedule (and I really am consistent how many parents can name the step in there bedtime routine? I can!) and she also suggested locking him in his room at night...Um OK I then explained to her that Sam has an odd phobia of closed doors and goes ballistic when I lock him in anywhere and she told me, "well your the parent you just need to be firm." Firm my ass he's afraid! Am I really supposed to sit there while he screams for mommy while he's locked inside his room?ASIF! I wonder what kind of psychological problems that will cause! I have also been filming Sam's tantrums as much as possible so maybe someone who looks at the footage can help me!

And Sam finally slept!

Sam had 12 hours of much needed sleep! He woke up twice during that time but screamed once and went back to sleep! Unfortunately it seems that him having that much sleep has just awakened the fact that he needs the sleep that he has missed for six+ months. Today he is cranky and craving sensory input. He has used his brush twice today and its only 3 pm. Mark has discovered he can tickle the screams away! He threaten to tickle Sam for screaming Sam say no no but really he needs it! I wish Sam would use his weighted blanket to help himself self sooth.

On a side note I got called for jury duty! Finally! I been waiting my whole life for it! Unfortunately I can't do it due to my duty to take care of Sam. So I paid a dollar to have it notarized so I can be excused. mark also got called for jury duty! He gets to do it he is less than pleased... I want to trade with him!

Send in the Experts!

Well the people came today to talk to us about night time respite care for Sam. Ugh he doesn't qualify for the program and I have to apply for B program. I get so frustrated with these things it seems like we have tons of help and no one is actually doing any work! its like construction sites you know the one guy working while the rest are standing on shovels! I feel alone in my struggle to find what Sam needs. I am losing my mind with lack of sleep. Josie is going to drive me to Sam's doctor's appointment this afternoon, since I am afraid of driving while I have had little sleep. I wish I had more money to just take care of Sam myself I am sick of trying to convince government agencies that I need help for my son!

Well as I said before we are off to find new medicine today for Sam wish us luck!

New medicine no sleep!

Well Sam got a new sleep medication today.. no dice. He was still awake ever 3-4 hours and sometimes like every 30 minutes. Ugh back to the doctor tomorrow. after that we went to Wal*mart I filmed Sam screaming in Wal*mart. Why he is afraid of big crowds and store I will never know. I don't even know what to do or how to help him...

I went out to the ranch today! It was Ken's birthday. We has steaks barbecued on the grill with corn on the cob and salad! Yay! The boys played with their cousins and I got a small break while I pretended not to care and let Mark's family watch them (usually I'm anal and won't let anyone watch them). It's nice to have a small break every once in awhile. I really should stop being so obsessive about it and let Mark's family help watch the kids more often. I just don't want to be a burden on them. You know? I ended up getting home kinda late. I got home in just enough time to kiss Mark before work and hand he the keys to leave. So sad... On the plus side I had a good time and I got to sleep today because Mark watched the kids this afternoon! It was most pleasant!

Since Sam didn't sleep tonight well I cleaned my house and am posting this blog...I prolly should have left it a bit messy for the insurance people coming tomorrow that are going to assess whether or not Sam needs services during the night. Oh well I really really needed a clean house for my sanity! Again with the obsessing I been doing that a lot lately what is that lack of sleep turing my brain to soup?:(

Everything is Just Ducky!

Sam hasn't been sleeping therefore no one has been sleeping! I am so exasperated and I can't do anything about it. I have an appointment with his doctor on the 9th so hopefully that will go well. I already talked to the nurse and she said he'd probably say no to sleeping pills...I don't necessarily want him to have sleeping pills but what are my choices. I have looked into home health care for Sam during the night...My insurance won't cover it so I'm looking into a wavier program. I'm on the waiting list! So wish us luck. Yay that's all I need is more people in Sam's life to "help" him! I just wish they really did help instead of cause me more paperwork, time and my hard earned energy!

The boys started daycare today! I was so excited for them. They had such a great time they didn't want to come home. I am glad they like it there it will be much easier to leave them when I go to work, I know they are having a great time. I have started back to work I am selling discovery toys full time now or as close to full time as my life will allow! The kids go to daycare from 10am-2pm which gives me plenty of time to catch up on powerloop (my discovery toys team)emails and filing and sorting my office. I really need a home office that suits my needs. Mark has the spare room full of crap! I am getting a box and throwing stuff out I am sick of tripping over stuff in the office. the only problem with that is, it is hot! It is so hot in my office that no one, not even the cat wants to be in there! I bought an AC today for the upstairs!

I have a bridal shower to go to tomorrow so that should be fun! I still need to go shopping for a gift! the bride is a bit unusual so I want to find her something special! Also I can't attend the wedding since I have used up my travel allotment for the year (California, Salt Lake City, Missoula 3 times, Bozeman twice, Helena 3 times) all of these trips have been in the last three months!!! luckily she decided to have her party in Butte!

Bryce is finally feeling better! Thanks all for their prayers! We finally had a birthday party for Sam Last night it was impromptu I didn't invite anyone I just made a cake and my parents brought Sam the gifts they had bought for his carousel party! Sam got a Thomas the tank engine mat that makes sounds and some other train things to go with it including new trains. I had got rid of most of Sam's Thomas trains due to recalls

And the sickness continues!

Mark has been sick now ever since I returned from California. I feel so bad for him! Bryce has been sick since the day after I returned! They both have had pink eye and they were allergic to the drops given by there doctors! The doctors were talking about admitting Bryce yipes! Thanks everyone for all your prayers for my boys! Bryce is now better!

I had to cancel Sam's birthday party due to pink eye! Sam started getting symptoms on Wednesday! So I called and canceled it on Thursday morning, the people were really nice. We will have a birthday party for him sometime next month when everyone is feeling better! I really wanted to have a nice birthday party. We were going to have his party in Helena, which is the next town over, at the carousel there! It's a dandy place with lots of horses and ice cream Sam's two favorite things together! Thats the picture of it right there on the left!

I am still getting caught up on everything after being in Salt Lake for the concert, then California the next week! I wonder where I live anymore! My laundry is piled high I did 5 loads yesterday and three so far today! I'm almost done. I have decided we have way to many clothes, considering the fact that we still have clean clothes in our drawers with 10 loads of laundry on our back porch! So I am throwing out superfluous clothing of mine the kids and even Mark's! I already have three bags on my front porch and two upstairs they are sorted by size. So if you need some kids clothes 12- 18 months I'm getting rid of em! I am saving Sam's 3T stuff because I know Bryce will be in them by the week! He is such a huge kid! Bryce now weighs about 27 pounds! Sam didn't weigh that till he was almost two and a half!heres a picture of Sam at 2!and a current picture of Bryce!

Hi My name is Tiffanie I have two boys and a wonderful husband named Mark! I would like to make this blog open to all my family that we either hardly ever see or for those who don't have myspace!

Heres a video of my sister in law playing with the children and annoying their elders!

I think I'm going to like blogger better than myspace it seems easier! I have used many different blog type things and so far this one seems to be the best I will keep you updated! I like that you don't have to have an account to read it! Alot of my family and friends will be glad of that!
